Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for NVR Quality (nvr-esp.com), operated by Never E-Sports Organization ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling a package

• You can cancel a paid package at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your package stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to the Free Plan.
• Your renders stay in History until their own time ends (the time shown on the Pricing page for your plan).

2. Refunds for card payments

• First purchase, 14 days: if you are not happy with your first payment for a package, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full.
• Renewals: a renewal you did not mean to make is refunded if you ask within 48 hours of it and have not rendered since it was charged.
• Charged in error: a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is always refunded in full.
• Founding-member and other launch prices are refunded at the price you paid. A refunded or cancelled founding-member subscription does not keep its founding price.
• Outside these cases, payments are not refunded, except where the law where you live gives you that right.

3. Activation codes

• A code you bought from us can be refunded within 14 days if it has not been redeemed.
• Once redeemed, the code's package and period are on your account and the code cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

4. How to ask for a refund

• E-mail mail@nvr-esp.com from your account's e-mail address, with your receipt number (Account → Receipts) and the reason.
• We answer within 3 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method; your bank or wallet may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Payments made outside Egypt are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which issues the refund. Payments made in Egypt in Egyptian pounds are processed by Paymob, and we issue the refund through it.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute (chargeback) with your bank: it is usually faster.
