Privacy Policy

NVR Quality (nvr-esp.com) is operated by Never E-Sports Organization ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
1. What we collect
- Account: your e-mail address, display name and how you signed in (e-mail, Google or TikTok), your plan and how many renders you used this month.
- TikTok (only if you sign in with or connect TikTok):
- Basic profile: open ID, display name, username and avatar.
- Profile statistics: follower, following, like and video counts.
- Your videos: title, cover image, link, publish date, and view, like, comment and share counts.
- The access token TikTok gives us. It is kept on our server and never shown in your browser.
- Your videos: the clips you upload, the settings you choose, the rendered result and a small preview image of it.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and your subscription status, never your card number.
- Technical data: standard server and network logs (such as IP address, browser and request times) used for security and to fix problems.
- Free plan device check: when you render on the Free plan, your browser sends a random device number it keeps for this site, and a fingerprint (a one-way hash) of its general traits: system, screen size, language, time zone and graphics chip. We store the device number and a hash of that fingerprint together with your network address (never the address itself), with how many free renders were made from them this month. This only stops one device from collecting more free renders by opening new accounts.
- In your browser: the sign-in session (Firebase Authentication), that device number, and any custom presets you save.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: render your videos, let you download them, show your history and your TikTok analytics.
- To apply your plan's limits (including the Free plan's limit per device) and process payments.
- To answer support requests and send service e-mails, such as "your video is ready".
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
3. How long we keep it
- Uploaded clips: deleted when rendering finishes.
- Rendered videos and their preview images: deleted 48 hours after the render. Their download links are signed and expire.
- Render records: marked expired after 48 hours and kept only for the monthly count and statistics.
- Account data: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
- Free plan device records: the month's count only; replaced each month.
- TikTok tokens and data: kept until you disconnect TikTok on the Analytics page or delete your account. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens.
4. Who processes data for us
- Google Firebase: sign-in and our database.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and the network between you and our servers.
- Stripe: payments.
- Hostinger: service e-mails, sent from mail@nvr-esp.com (Resend as a backup).
- TikTok: only when you choose to sign in with or connect TikTok, under TikTok's own privacy policy.
Rendering runs on servers we operate. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access to your renders and data is limited to your signed-in account, and download links are signed and expire. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete any render from your History at any time.
- Disconnect TikTok from the Analytics page. You can also remove NVR Quality's access in your TikTok settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and all associated data: e-mail mail@nvr-esp.com. We answer within 30 days.
7. Children
NVR Quality is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will notify signed-in users on the site.
