Terms of Service

These terms apply to NVR Quality (nvr-esp.com), operated by Never E-Sports Organization ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

NVR Quality lets you upload gaming clips, apply our enhancement presets (color, sharpening, motion blur and upscaling), render the result and download it. If you connect your TikTok account, it also shows your TikTok profile and video statistics. Features differ by plan.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information and do not share your account or create accounts to get around plan limits.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and to the renders we produce from them.
• You give us permission to store, process and transmit your videos only as needed to provide the service to you.
• Only upload content you own or have the right to use.
• Do not upload anything illegal, infringing, sexual involving minors, hateful, violent, or meant to harass or deceive.
• Rendered videos stay available for 48 hours and are then deleted. Download what you want to keep.

4. Plans and payments

• The Free plan and the packages (Basic, Premium, Pro) have monthly render limits and upload size limits, shown on the Pricing page. Unused renders don't carry over to the next month.
• Each package is monthly or yearly. Yearly is paid at once at a 10% discount and has higher limits; its renders are still counted per month.
• Paid packages are billed through Stripe and renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Activation codes give the package and the period (one month or one year) they state, from the day they are redeemed, and cannot be exchanged for money. A code for the package you already have adds its period to it.
• When a package ends, the account goes back to the Free plan.
• Free renders need a confirmed e-mail address and are limited per device as well as per account.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not:

• overload it or attack it;
• try to access other users' data;
• reverse engineer it;
• automate uploads beyond normal personal use;
• work around plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that do.

6. TikTok

Connecting TikTok is optional. When you use it, TikTok's own terms also apply. We only read the data described in our Privacy Policy, and we never post to your TikTok account. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Render results depend on your source footage and settings.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost files after their 48-hour availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
